Key Responsibilities
Support third-party developers via Discord, Slack, and technical support tickets.
Create practical tutorials, open-source sample apps, and maintain client libraries.
Relay developer feedback back to core engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
Passion for programming and strong educational / communication abilities.
Flawless technical writing in English and French.
Practical experience consuming and debugging RESTful APIs and webhooks.
